Upload one clear photograph or scan of the drawing. Add any important colour or design instructions. Complete your order. We will prepare and send you a digital design proof. Review the proof and request any necessary adjustments. Once you approve the final design, production will begin. Your finished necklace will be carefully packaged and shipped. ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS For the best possible result, please provide: • One drawing photographed or scanned directly from above • The complete artwork, with no cropped areas • Bright, even lighting • A plain background whenever possible • Clearly visible lines and colours • The highest-resolution image available • An image without shadows, glare, filters or interface elements Very thin, disconnected or highly detailed lines may need to be adjusted slightly to ensure the pendant can be produced safely and durably. We will preserve the character and charm of the original drawing as closely as possible. DESIGN PROOF A digital design proof will be sent to you before production. Please review the pendant’s shape, colours and important details carefully. Production will begin only after you approve the final proof. Once approval has been given, further changes cannot normally be made. IMPORTANT INFORMATION • Every pendant is individually designed from the submitted artwork. • The finished size and proportions will depend on the drawing. • Enamel colours may vary slightly from the original artwork and from how they appear on screen. • Small or intricate details may be simplified to ensure safe, durable production. • All necklaces are made with a stainless-steel base. • The Silver option is the natural silver-coloured stainless-steel finish and is not plated. • The 18K Gold finish is 18K gold plated over stainless steel and is not solid gold. • The 18K Rose Gold finish is 18K rose gold plated over stainless steel and is not solid rose gold. • Please check all colours and details carefully before approving the design proof. CARE INSTRUCTIONS To help keep your necklace looking its best, keep it away from perfume, lotions, household chemicals, excessive perspiration and salt water. Remove it before bathing, swimming, sleeping or exercising. For the Gold and Rose Gold options, these precautions will also help preserve the plated finish. After wearing, wipe your necklace gently with a soft, dry cloth. Store it separately in a dry jewellery pouch or box.
